dublab 26th Anniversary Fundraiser
Lead production for dublab’s 26th Anniversary Fundraiser, in collaboration with Executive Director and Production & Rentals Manager.
Scouted venue, negoatiated agreement. Handled permitting with LAPD and Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Curated two stages of DJs and live performances, securing support of 21 artists all donating time and talents. Conducted technical advancing of performances.
Enslited and coordinated a team of 70 event volunteers.
Secured in-kind donations to support hospitality, production infrastructure, and bar.
Liaised with sponsors and handled reporting.
Executed techncial production of three stages together with Production & Rentals Manager.
Personally picked up and returned all donations and rental equipment, thanking vendors.
Climbed a scary tall ladder to install lights along the rafters.
Created 4 short-form interviews for use in promotion, speaking with different contributing artists on the importance of fundraising, enlisted a volunteer to help edit the videos.
